This website is run by AX Phone Repair, a repair business with shops in the Dallas area, Texas. You can reach us at ronakkbalar@axphonerepair.com or (469) 381-9515.
2What this site does
The site shows the repair services we offer and lets you request a booking. It is not an online shop. We do not take payment online.
3Bookings
A booking is a request until we confirm it. Our Booking and Cancellation page explains how bookings, changes and cancellations work.
4Prices and payment
Prices are confirmed at the shop after we look at your device, and before we start. You pay at the shop by cash or card. Information on this site, including repair times, is an estimate and is not a promise.
5Your responsibilities
- Give accurate information when you book.
- Back up your data and follow our Repair and Data Policy.
- Only book repairs for devices you own or may have repaired.
- Do not misuse the site, try to break into it, or send spam through its forms.
6Warranty
Our repairs carry a 90-day warranty on the parts and work, as set out on the Warranty and Pickup page.
7Our right to refuse or cancel
We may decline or cancel a booking, for example if a part is not available, if we think a device is not yours to have repaired, or if the device cannot be repaired safely.
8Limits on our responsibility
We take care with every repair. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for loss of data or software, for indirect or consequential loss, or for damage that was already present or is unrelated to our work. Our total responsibility for any repair is limited to the amount you paid us for that repair. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the law that cannot be limited.
9Website content
Text, images and design on this site belong to AX Phone Repair or are used with permission. Brand names and logos belong to their owners. Please do not copy site content without asking us.
10Links and third parties
The site may link to or load services from other companies, such as maps and fonts. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
11Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
12Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable federal law. Please contact us first if you have a problem, so we can try to fix it.
