AX Phone Repair is an independent repair shop with three locations in the Dallas area of Texas. We fix phones, tablets, smartwatches, game consoles, laptops and Macs, and every repair can be booked online in about a minute.

We repair screens, batteries, charging ports, cameras, speakers, microphones, back glass, keyboards and storage, and we handle liquid damage and board level faults. Devices we work on include:

How do I book a repair?
Find your device and the repair you need, press Book This Service, then enter your name, mobile number and the shop you prefer. We contact you to confirm your booking.
Do I pay online?
No. There is no online payment. You pay at the shop after the repair, by cash or card.
How long does a repair take?
Many repairs, such as screens and batteries, take 30 to 90 minutes. Liquid damage and board level repairs can take a few days. Each service page shows an estimate and the final time is confirmed at the shop.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. Every repair carries a 90-day warranty on the parts we fit and the work we do. Read the Warranty and Pickup page for details.
Which devices do you repair?
We repair phones (iPhone, Samsung, Pixel, Motorola), tablets, smartwatches, game consoles (PlayStation, Xbox, Switch), laptops and Macs.
Where are your shops and when are you open?
We have three shops in the Dallas area, listed on this page and on the Contact Us page. We are open Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and closed on Sunday.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Yes. Use Track a Booking with your booking code and your phone number or email, or call us. Cancelling is free.
